We love Peng and the Playlingual concept! My 16 month old daughter was immediately able to follow directions in Mandarin Chinese and I was amazed! The activities are simple enough for the children to focus on their tasks while simultaneously learning a new language and highly entertaining.
Evan has tried various Chinese classes over the years and this is the first time he said to me ‘Mommy, can we go to that class everyday?’. Both of them love music and playing with tactile objects. I really enjoy the open ended nature of the class.
Grant really enjoyed the class and was very focused on the beans and the animals. I think it was very good as your methods develop socialization, music, motor skills, in addition to the language skills. I liked the musical segment at the beginning and I think it is a great way to teach the mandarin tones.

In my 2nd grade class, I see the need for children to feel comfortable taking risk, making decisions, and being creative. Focusing on children’s early developmental needs, Playlingual offers an environment not only for children to learn a foreign language, but also to foster the confidence essential for later maturation.
